Spring It On! 7x7’s Asparagus Recipe Challenge Rules and Regulations

Rules

The goal of the Spring it On Recipe challenge is to give our readers a great opportunity to be featured on 7x7.com and the Absinthe menu, while highlighting the Culinary Program at the Academy of Art. Contestants must be available for the contest through April 20th, 2009.  The results of the challenge will be revealed on 7x7.com at the end of April 2009, in addition to a mention in a promotional ad in an upcoming issue of 7x7.com

Contestants will be required to:

• Enter the recipe via an online form. The recipe has to include asparagus
• Include all contact information in the submit

Regulations

I voluntarily apply to participate in the 7x7 Sprint It On! Asparagus Recipe Challenge. In connection with my participation in the challenge, I acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree as follows:

• I am 18 years of age or older
• I am not employed or related to employees of 7x7 Magazine or the Art Institute.
• I will follow all rules made and directions given by 7x7 Magazine and the Art Institute.
• My participation in the challenge is at my own risk. 7x7 Magazine and the Art Institute are not responsible for any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, or losses in any way arising out of or resulting from my participation in the challenge, including, without limitation, and all claims, actions, and liabilities for injury, loss or damage to me, to anyone else or to any property. I am responsible and liable for my actions.

I understand and agree that any material I provide to 7x7 Magazine and those that 7x7 Magazine and the Art Institute create during the challenge shall remain the sole property of 7x7 Magazine, Absinthe and the Art Institute and can be used for promotional media forms.
