Style expert Keylee Sanders realized she was in fashion for the long haul when she agreed to dress a chimpanzee. “I did a commercial in L.A. right before I moved here, and the studio called me to say one of the actors’ names is Jake, and yes, he is a chimpanzee,” recalls Sanders, 31, laughing. “I was like, ‘I’m sorry? Well, what size is the chimpanzee? Because I don’t know chimpanzee sizes.’ It was one of those crazy are-you-kidding-me moments.”

Macy's fashion director Adam Moon reveals his style secrets.

At 28, Adam Moon has already been through the fashion wringer. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in L.A., Moon worked as a window dresser, store designer and wardrobe and catalog stylist before landing his current gig as fashion director for women's shoes and accessories with Macy's West. Although the job requires that he constantly stay up on the season's colors and trends, the Noe Valley resident remains true to his sartorial roots: "I've never been a fashion billboard,” says Moon, who grew up in rural Utah.
