Samantha and Jeremiah got hitched in the most magical of locales for a fairytale wedding: an all-natural hot spring in the lush green heart of Mendocino County.
In a move all Pinterest-brides should follow, Samantha hired close friends for her design team, but took over as creative director so everything would go perfectly. For her one-of-a-kind dress, she took a $10,000 design to a talented seamstress who recreated it for a fourth of the price. (Pro-tip from Samantha: if you want beautiful lace, the best way is to spend a day shopping on 39th street in NYC's garment district.) The woodland ambience and country-apothecary atmosphere were spirited out of a budget, too: the fairy lights were from Amazon and a close friend arranged all the flowers by hand, from the ceremonial archway to the groomsmen's bullet-casing bouttonnieres.
Of course, the storybook illusion wouldn't be complete without the hot springs at the resort. For three luxurious days, guests relaxed in Orr's boiling natural sulphur hot springs. At the end of the weekend, friends and family returned to their homes happy, tired, and thoroughly prunes, while Samantha and Jeremy reminisced over photos on the website they'd created just for the wedding.
