Once again, 10 lucky (and extremely talented) student designers will show off their collections at next week's Spring 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NYC. If, like us, you'll be stuck in San Francisco, you'll have the chance to view the show in real time via a live webcast. Here, a quick rundown of what to expect, with info on when to tune in.

Shanshan Bai and Winbo Shiau: Inspired by natural curling lines of floral panels and the twisting of sculpted surfaces. Her clothes use a blend of silk gazar, wool, and linen yarn.

Ryan Morar and Melissa Avalos: Inspired by Robert Rauschenberg, Sonic Youth, and Beat Happening albums. Pieces of garments were deconstructed to create new shapes and silhouettes.

Vicken Derderian: Explores connection between fashion and architecture.

Leslie Dilloway: Inspired by ethnic Turkish prints and textures infused with '90s grunge.

Didvik Kuang: Inspired by Giorgio Armani's wardrobe in American Gigolo. The collection uses linen, blended wool, nylon, and suede.

Gwen Shihyao Lai: Inspired by Filipino artist Thaddeus Ochoa Pagaduan. These looks are made of cotton, linen, silk, and ikat. The pleating was inspired by the artist's use of tree bark.

Nika Tang: Inspired by stone carvings of Kris Kuksi, Swiss architect Mario Botta, and sculpture of South Korean artist Byoungho Kim. The collection combines traditional macramé and tailoring with modern textile printing.

Marine Rongrong Wei: Inspired by vintage clothing from the time of the Great Depression.

Academy of Art at NYFW, live webcast at 5 p.m. PST on Fri. 9/6. Click here.
