Food Meets Art

A former sous at Quince has opened up a new art-infused restaurant with an attached art gallery, ceramic studio, and retail store. Pop into Palette's art exhibit before or after your artistically plated meal of seasonal Cal-American dishes like artichoke fries, housemade garlic focaccia, halibut in white wine sauce, or flatbread with kale, bechamel sauce, olives and a hen egg. It's all served on dishes created by the in-house ceramist. The current art installation is "As You See It" by Juliette Choné and Kelley O'Leary, and will rotate to feature other local artists.
