One of Sonoma County's most popular luxury properties, this 98-acre Russian River Valley destination is now extra-green, thanks to a $1 million renovation

Hotel Healdsburg

This already grand dame boasts a brand new look, thanks to the talents of San Francisco-based David Baker Architects and Myra Hoefer Design Inc. of Healdsburg. The boutique property opened in 2001, and the recent renovation brings her rooms up to current fashion, with locally-made artisan furniture such as custom beds made from Ancient Bay Laurel trees sourced from Evan Shively's Arborica of West Marin, custom cow hide benches, harbor recycled wood bedside tables from Palecek, luxurious rugs made with silk and wool, and textured linen slip covered chairs.
