Wednesday, September 13th: Walk for Free Love @ Haight-Ashbury

Friday, September 15th: Remember Reefer Madness @ Victoria Theater

Why: Inspired by the 1936 propaganda film, Reefer Madness is a new musical comedy that takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the mania catalyzed when otherwise clean-cut kids began indulging in the "green stuff." Saturday, September 16th: Drink Bottomless Beers @ SoMa StrEat Food Park

When: 11am to 5pm

Why: Honor the most cherished of German holidays at Bottomless Oktoberfest! German Beer and Food Festival. Local food vendors and trucks will be out in full force to help soak up the brew. Sunday, September 17th: Hike + See Art @ Headlands Center of the Arts

Why: After a morning hike in the Marin Headlands, and then weave through the art installations at this cultural gem during the grand opening of Headlands Center's new communal art and relaxation space, The Commons. The $1.8 million, 3,000-square-foot project has made the best possible use of an unpaved parking lot and gravel pathway, transforming it into a thoughtfully designed outdoor space for art and everyday use.
