We recently journeyed out to sea with Hornblower Cruises and had the best time. Take advantage of what few warm summer days/nights we have left and get out on the water!
Upon boarding our first-ever Hornblower Dinner Dance Cruise, we were instantly impressed by the classy atmosphere. After stopping for a picture courtesy of the luxury yacht’s photographer, we made our way upstairs to check in with the ship’s host, where he welcomed us with chilled glasses of champagne. Being seated alongside the massive windows in the main dining room allowed for spectacular views of the city skyline as waiters presented us with course after course of beautiful, delicious food. Couples swayed on the dance floor while the band played songs like Tony Bennett’s “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.” The highlight of the night was standing outside on the deck as we pulled into McCovey Cove to cheer on the Giants. What a quintessential SF experience.
Having spent an entire evening on the water with Hornblower, we can't wait to return for more four-course dinners, drinks, and city lights in celebration of our next special occasion. For those of you who can’t wait for an anniversary or birthday to get onboard, why not celebrate the ever-popular Sunday Funday, which means a Champagne Brunch buffet and bottomless mimosas? Does your ideal cruise include less food and more dancing? Then we’d definitely opt for the Supper Club package, where the ship’s DJ keeps the music going all night and you can take fancy snack breaks whenever you want via gourmet food stations.
No matter what you’re looking for from your Bay cruise experience, Hornblower has you covered. Book your cruise now!
