After just two full days of competition, Bay Area athletes were already stocking up on the hardware at the Rio Games.While all eyes were on Michael Phelps chasing after his record 19th gold medal in the men's 4x100-meter freestyle relay, Cal graduate Nathan Adrian secured that medal, swimming the anchor leg as the U.S. reclaimed the top position on the podium that slipped away to France four years ago in London. Uber's new food delivery app is expanding again, and as of Tuesday, serves the entire Bay Area. South Bay residents now can use UberEats to order food from more than 175 local restaurants, including Oren's Hummus, Fuki Sushi and Falafel's Drive-In. To celebrate the launch, Uber will waive delivery fees for a limited time, according to a company blog post. Read more.

Steph Curry Golfed With President Obama (Again) On Martha's Vineyard, SFist
The Obamas are officially on vacation in Martha's Vineyard again, for two full weeks, and the President had a rematch on Monday with Steph Curry at the Farm Neck Golf Club — a "grudge match for Curry," as CBS 5 reports, after the President beat Curry at a game of golf last summer (see tweet below). Reportedly, the foursome also included Steph's dad, Dell Curry, a former NBA player for the Charlotte Hornets and more recently a color commentator on Hornets broadcasts. Read more.
Marijuana-Infused Gummy Rings Sicken 19 After San Francisco Quinceañera: Health Dept., NBC Bay Area
The gummy rings that sickened 19 people — including a 6-year-old — at a quinceañera in the Mission District were laced with pot, the San Francisco Public Health Department announced Monday, after a dozen patients tested positive for the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. Read more.
