On Thursday, May 8 renowned chef Todd English celebrated the Slow Food movement with a hands-on cooking demonstration at the Macy’s Union Square Cellar. The evening event featured a sampling of food and wine that will be showcased at the Slow Food Nation celebration taking place over Labor Day weekend.
