Dior Finally Opens, Stylish Pop-Ups Galore + More Fashion News
21 April 2016
Union Square just welcomed another designer flagship with the much-anticipated opening of Dior. Ooh la la, indeed. Designed to “bring a slice of the French capital to the California sunshine," the gorgeous marble and glass-laden space features handbags, jewelry and women's accessories on the first floor, and footwear and ready-to-wear on the second level. Sorry, guys, right now it's ladies only. But with a selection of fine works of art sprinkled throughout, everyone should stop by to say bonjour. // Dior: 185 Post St. (Union Square), dior.com

In case you needed one, here's another sweet reason to visit Nordstrom San Francisco Centre: Starting Friday, April 22, Sugarfina will have a dedicated space on level three (in between Point of View and dresses.) We're thinking it's probably best to try on first, sample gourmet candy later. Choose from more than 100 types of sweets from artisans the world over. And, yes, shoppers can customize the candy-maker's signature Bento Box. (Sugar high, here we come.) // Nordstrom San Francisco Centre: 865 Market St. (Union Square), nordstrom.com, sugarfina.com

Hosted by Blackbird bar in Duboce Triangle and inspired by the Fort Mason Crafts Fair, the event serves as a showcase for local artisans and small creative businesses to sell their wares and mingle with the community.
