Want to meet the woman who’s constantly referred to in the U.S. media as the “Britney Spears of Taiwan” and be among the first American customers to glimpse fall offerings from the starlet’s newly launched line Seventy Two Changes?
You’re in luck. Diminutive Tawainese pop star with larger-than-life lungs (she got her big break belting out Whitney Houston's "The Greatest Love of All") Jolin Tsai is making a special public appearance in the City by the Bay tomorrow to show off fall looks from her collection at Nordstrom Westfield San Francisco Centre. Along with a chance to meet Tsai in person, guests are invited to shop from the collection, sip cocktails and enjoy light refreshments.
Designed to showcase Tsai’s signature street-meets-pop star style and transition easily from daytime to dance floor, the trendy, menswear-inspired shirts and boyfriend blazers, body-skimming leggings and loose jersey tops of Seventy Two Changes will no doubt appeal to 20-somethings seeking of-the-moment silhouettes and an oh-so-now color palette of slate grays, black and white.
Meet Jolin Tsai on Wednesday, July 22 from 6-9 p.m. at Nordstrom Westfield San Francisco Centre.
