So happy you're here, Fog City Flea. It's about time San Francisco proper had its own flea—not that we don't love our monthly jaunts to Alameda. Every Sunday (10am to 5pm) through November 17th, the Ferry Building's Grand Hall, on the second floor, becomes an eclectic market where dozens of (mostly) Bay Area makers sell their wares. What's on the shopping menu: handmade jewelry, accessories, housewares, apothecary, clothing including vintage, furniture and more. FCF is curated by the same peeps who run the much-loved (props from Vogue!) Phonenicia Flea in Upstate New York. For dessert, head downstairs to the marketplace, (Hello, Secret Breakfast ice cream cone.) And don't forget to bring an extra tote, or three. // One Ferry Building (Embarcadero), ferrybuildingmarketplace.com.

Beauty Heroes, a healthy beauty discovery box service and ecomm site, recently opened its first brick-and mortar (two stories, no less) in Novato. Jeannie Jarnot founded the company in 2015 by sourcing organic, non-toxic beauty products—makeup, skincare, and haircare from a range of indie and big-name brands. Why an IRL space now and why Novato? "The world may not need another beauty store, but Novato does. With the opening of our first brick-and-mortar store, we can reach more people in the community with our message of healthy beauty, wellness, and sustainability. Novato doesn't have this yet, and we're ready," explains Jarnot, a resident of the Marin town. // 817 Grant Ave. (Novato), beauty-heroes.com.

Next stop, Silicon Valley. The universally loved and lauded Oakland women's boutique, McMullen, opens its second store on Saturday, September 14th, in Palo Alto's Town and Country Village. Opening day festivities start at 10am and include sips, sweets, music, and DIY floral arrangements (1–3pm)—plus, the first 50 people to make a purchase get a gift bag. It's also your chance to fangirl over founder Sherri McMullen, style superstar and all-around good human known for her global fashion vision that helps empower women as well as emerging African and African-American designers. The new Chloe Warner–designed store is geared to Silicon Valley's ever-growing roster of power women in tech, art, business, etc. Just like in the OG store, the new space will be filled with a perfectly curated selection of elegantly understated styles from the likes of Ulla Johnson, Tibi, Lisa Foliwayo Jacquemus, Kamperett, Ganni, Sea NY, and more. // Town and Country Village, 855 El Camino Real, #36 (Palo Alto), shopmcmullen.com

It's always pajama season in our book so, obvs, Desmond & Dempsey had us at good night. The dreamy London-based sleepwear line launched stateside this summer, and we're so here for it. Known for playful prints (think pineapples, tigers, and ferns) and impeccable details, the weightless all-cotton PJs come in short and pant sets (with long- or short-sleeved tops) for guys and girls. Plus, the ladies also have cami tops and nightshirts from which to choose. The latest cozy-cool Mexico Collection, which pays homage to the country, launches Sunday, September 15th. Find it at Neiman Marcus in Union Square. Vamanos! Prices generally range from $58 to $180. //150 Stockton St. (Union Square), desmondanddempsey.com
