Learn how to brew beer in this two-part class at one of their brewing rigs and you’ll walk away with a case of your very own ale. Pastry Chef Francis Ang and his crew from Fifth Floor near Union Square are hosting a fundraiser to benefit the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
