Join bartender and Bloody Mary mix purveyor Gillian Fitzgerald as she hosts Batter By the Bay, her monthly fish-and-chips pop-up. Fitzgerald covers her cod with a Speakeasy’s Baby Daddy IPA beer batter and serves them with hand-cut fries and housemade tartar sauce. Kuy tio phnom penh is the new noodle soup you've never heard of. It's a popular Cambodian streetfood made witih rice noodles in a clear pork and seafood broth, and you can get it from Nyum Bai, one of La Cocina's newest businesses. Sea and Smoke Cookbook Release Party at Oro
