One of San Francisco's favorite holiday traditions—also known as "the Bowl to fill all bowls"—returns this Saturday (Dec. 29th) to AT&T Park! This year, the event will find the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Navy Midshipmen battling on the field, while spectators help local organizations battle hunger in the Bay Area just by buying a ticket!
The extremely popular Bowl game offers a bevy of ticketing options, with one of the most popular and convenient being the Family Plan, which includes 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas plus 2 game programs for $159 (and additional individual tickets can be purchased to accommodate larger families.) These popular seats are right on top of the action in the elevated end zone bleacher section, and typically sell out each year, so make sure to plan your visit now!
The Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl advances Kraft Foods' Huddle to Fight Hunger cause right here in the Bay Area by donating one meal per ticket sold to each of three local hunger relief partners: the San Francisco Food Bank, the St. Anthony Foundation and the Glide Foundation.
During Bowl Week, each team spends time giving back to the Bay Area. This year, Arizona State planned to visit Glide, while Navy planned a visit to St. Anthony's. Both teams worked to prep and serve meals to San Francisco's needy on Christmas Day. By volunteering, the players not only helped the Bay Area hunger crisis, but also gained awareness and a new perspective.
