The brainchild of Maven's Kate Bolton, The Golden Gate Shandy has accurately been described as "summer in a glass." Be the bartender and impress your friends with this delicious cocktail blend; they don't need to know how easy it was to make.
Ingredients
6 oz Almanac Golden Gate Gose Sour Beer
1.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Sliced Strawberry Kosher salt for rim (optional)
1. Muddle strawberry slices with Aperol and lemon in a salt-rimmed collins glass.
2. Add ice and top with beer.
3. Express a thick lemon zest over the top
