If you need an antioxidant-packed antidote to the toxic effects of doomscrolling, mix up a batch of this crisp mocktail, adapted from a recipe by Reza Esmaili for Rise Woodfire in San Mateo, and made with Fresh Victor's local cold-pressed juices.

Kamardine syrup is an apricot-based concentrate used to make a cold drink that's typically consumed during the holy month of Ramadan.
