Michelin Awards Stars in San Francisco
On Tuesday, The Michelin Guide announced the San Francisco recipients of its highly coveted stars for 2017. Most notably, Quince was awarded a third star, joining the likes of Benu, French Laundry, Saison, Manresa, and The Restaurant at Meadowood. This also means that SF now has the same number of three-star Michelins as New York. Also noteworthy is the addition of Mister Jiu's to the Michelin guide with a well-deserved one star, and the exclusion of Rich Table from any stars, because that literally makes no sense. //michelinmedia.com
