We've written about the Ritz-Carlton's upcoming eatery Parallel 37, helmed by famed chef Ron Siegel, from the inspiration behind its menu to the design details of the revamped space. This week, we're bringing you the tidbits about the restaurant's bar program, which will be masterminded by Camber Lay, formerly of Townhall and Epic Roasthouse.
Camber Lay will lead the mixology program, in an epic collaboration with Chef Ron Siegel, with the goal of bringing the kitchen to the bar. It will be a great collaboration between Ron Siegel and Camber. That means you'll be able to sip ingredient-driven drinks that perfectly complement Siegel's fresh, contemporary cuisine. “It is all about the flavor contrasts, dry to bitter, sweet to spicy and layering them for the palate," says Camber.
Ron and Camber plan to work together to create seasonal infusions, syrups and specialty ices for her handcrafted cocktail program. Guests should expect to see classic cocktails as well as new concoctions at the bar and lounge in Parallel 37. Also, the sharing-and-pairing bar bites menu will match both wine and cocktail pairings.
Parallel 37 opens on December 12 for lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are available through Opentable or Parallel 37's website.
