1.        DESCRIPTION:   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. “The Couples Weekend at Montelucia Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") begins on March 18, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. ET (“Start Date”) and ends on April 19, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (collectively, "Sweepstakes Period"). You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes each time you register during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: one (1) registration per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email account to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and if detected will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: Once you register for the sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to four (4) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4.        WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:   Grand Prize winner shall be selected, on or about April 23, 2013 in a random drawing conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator from all eligible entries. Grand Prize winner shall be notified by email, telephone, and/or overnight mail on or after April 23, 2013. Selected winners shall be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 2 days of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, tips or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Major credit card may be required at check in to cover any incidental expenses. Approximate Retail Value: $4,500; actual value may vary.
