On April 3rd, the SF Symphony kicked off Ball season in only-in-San Francisco style with a cocktail party at AT&T Park’s Club Level Lounge. Black & White Ball chair Patricia Sprincin revealed new details about the entertainment lineup for the main event coming on Saturday, June 2nd, which will include concert headliner Paul Simon performing with the San Francisco Symphony as well as his own band; pop superstar Cyndi Lauper as outdoor party stage headliner; cybersoul songstress Janelle Monáe as special guest performer; doo-wop/R&B royalty The Drifters; retro jazz siren Brenna Whitaker & Her Little Big Band; Neil Diamond tribute band Super Diamond and more.
The legendary San Francisco fundraiser, which supports the San Francisco Symphony’s vital and multifaceted music education programs that provide inspirational connections to music and music making to over 75,000 Bay Area children each year, also features music and dancing, great drinks and street food, and a rollicking midnight surprise.
