There's so much going on with the just opened five-story RH gallery—avec restaurant, two wine bars, and a rooftop park—it's hard to know where to begin. Here goes.
It's situated in the magnificent historic Bethlehem Steel Building at Pier 70. A pet project of RH Chairman/CEO Gary Friedman, the long-awaited homage to the brand is a feast for all the senses, really. Think marble, marble, marble, cast-stone and mirrored walls, twinkly chandeliers, forged iron doors, and on and on.
Of course, this architectural wonderland is still a retail enterprise, and there's much furniture shopping (and fantasizing) to be done. There's also an RH interior design firm and atelier. Honestly, you have to experience this one yourself. Whether you have interior design needs or not, we recommend grabbing a drink or a meal at the first-floor Palm Court Restaurant, where sky-high Medjool date palms will eavesdrop on your conversation, and you'll be glad they did.

Cue the Iris Apfel Resort and 2022 Pride collections. Prepare for an explosion of colorful, stylish and F-U-N eyewear from the Novato-based brand. The famously bespectacled Apfel—the patron saint of centenarian chic—adds three new beachy and brunch-ready frames and sunnies to her popular Zenni collab. (This marks her fifth exclusive drop with the line.)
The perfect complement to Apfel's vacay vibes? The quartet of rainbow frames including cat-eye, square, brow-line, and round kids' styles from the 2022 Pride Collection. A portion of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit's whose mission is to uplift, empower and connect LGBTQIA+.
Bottom line? Time to get shade-y. With prices starting at $13, buying a pair (or three) is the best way to cool off your summer style.

A stunning Art Deco–inspired façade perfectly sets the tone for shoppers entering the French jeweler's new 3,000-square-foot boutique on SF's Geary Street. Beautifully modern, the sumptuous interior features a palette of gold, onyx and dove grey, a pair of glass chandeliers handcrafted in France, and gold-leaf paneled walls. The shop consists of several rooms including an exclusive private salon for shopping and sipping bubbly on the DL.
But even with all the enchanting surroundings, the star of the show is, unmistakably, the jewelry. From its most iconic collections to newer whimsical pieces, the sparkle is real. Even if you're not in the market for high-end pendants, rings or watches, take a whirl through like you would a museum. At least that's our approach.
