Their multi-course, tasting menu, if you will, will present holiday staples including sweet treats recognizable to the palette including spiced goat cheese and pumpkin pie, and sweet potato casserole with maple pecans. Then, there are also more mystifying, but utterly intriguing delights such as buttered mashed potatoes and gravy, and salted caramel Thanksgiving turkey. Oh, and they're all entirely made of ice cream. This is the stuff of kid (or grown-up) dreams. Buttered Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
A homemade gravy fudge is mixed into potato-flavored ice cream.
▲Persimmon Walnut Stuffing
Chopped pieces of homemade toasted stuffing made with walnut and bourbon raisins are mixed into a savory spiced ice cream with olive oil, salt, pepper, and coriander. Roasted persimmons are added for some extra sweetness.
▲Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey
Turkey stock is cooked with sugar, spices and onions until it bubbles down into a caramel; which creates the base of the ice cream. Then, candy-coated roast turkey skins are mixed in.
▲Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie
Mashed pumpkin is folded into a goat-cheese ice cream and sprinkled with pumpkin pie spices.
▲Sweet Potato Casserole with Maple Pecans
Maple sugar-caramelized Oregon pecans and marshmallow are added to a roasted sweet potato ice cream and topped off with hand-churned ribbons of homemade gooey maple decadence.
