As part of the Architecture in the City festival, we got a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of The Mill, a joint venture café from Josey Baker Bread and Four Barrel Coffee.

Architect Seth Boor gave us a tour of the simple yet very functional space. The Mill boasts a high ceiling and open area made up of a variety of wood, tiling and painted surfaces that gives the bakery a community feel.
