THIS SPRING 2011 CONTEST IS CLOSED
Hot on the heels of his second Oscar win and 20th nomination, legendary pop composer Randy Newman's coming to town to light up SFJAZZ's Spring Season with a 7x7-sponsored performance at Davies Symphony Hall on April 22nd, and we've got a pair of tickets for you to witness the magic first hand.
The guy's got deep family roots in jazz hotbed New Orleans––his gorgeous 1974 ode "Louisiana 1927" became the city's rallying cry in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina––and in this rare solo performance Newman will dig out some of his most classically ironic rock and indelible pop jams. If you want to score the pair of free tickets, email us at events@7x7.com by this Sunday, April 17 and we'll set you up!
