Handcrafted cocktails make any occasion festive, but during the holidays when Napa chef Cindy Pawlcyn entertains, she mixes them up by the pitcher so she has more time to enjoy her friends. Here, she shares a tasty margarita to make for all your thirsty elves.
Santa's Little Helper Margarita
Serves 4
6 ounces Silver Tequila
1 1/2 ounces Triple Sec
1 ounce agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime Juice
3 teaspoons cranberry-orange relish
1. Combine ingredients and serve over ice.
Note: Cranberry-orange relish is sold during the holidays at many markets, but Jen Ingellis, award-winning beverage director at Cindy Pawlcyn's Wood Grill and Wine Bar, prefers Trader Joe's version.
