But First: (New) Clogs
The Knotted Jayne Clog, handcrafted of a 100-percent leather upper, wood sole and imbued with a playful '70s vibe, is an oh-so-San Franciscan collab between Bryr shoemaker Isobel Schofield (a perennial 7x7 fave) and artist Windy Chien, known for her amazing macramé pieces. The made-to-order slides sell for $348 and will be available for purchase exclusively at Bryr's studio (and online) starting tomorrow, June 2. Average delivery time is 30 days. // The store is open Fridays and Saturdays; 2331 Third St. (Dogpatch), bryrstudio.com
DIY Flower Crowns
These days, the de Young Museum is all about peace, love, art, fashion and rock and roll—thanks to its current exhibition "The Summer of Love Experience." This weekend, the museum is celebrating the 50th anniversary of that legendary summer with—what else?—a flower crown workshop by Farmgirl Flowers. The two-hour event focuses on tips and tricks for making wreath-style crowns. Not only will participants leave with their own headpieces, they'll score a VIP ticket to the exhibit (skip the line!). Workshops start at 11am on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4, and the cost is $150. (Purchase here.) // 50 Hagiwara Tea Garden Dr. (Golden Gate Park), deyoung.famsf.org
Cool Trunk Show Sunday
Berkeley jewelry designer Ariel Clute, known for her signature tassels and love of all things exotic, will be hanging out at The Podolls shop in Noe Valley on Sunday, June 4 (noon to 5pm). The trunk show will showcase Clute's one-of-a-kind tassel-centric necklaces and earrings, which are often mixed with leather fringe and beads. Layer on a necklace or two, and you'll immediately feel like you've just returned from a mysterious foreign land. // 3985 24th St. (Noe Valley), shopthepodolls.com

Thousands of bars, restaurants and vendors worldwide will be participating (find a place near you). Of course, we're also excited about the local shopping opportunities available throughout the week:
