The Fairmont's Famous Two-Story Gingerbread Marvel

At 22 feet tall and 35 feet wide, the Fairmont San Francisco's two-story edible Victorian was crafted by the hotel's culinary team using thousands of real gingerbread bricks and 2,000 pounds of candy. Executive pastry chef Jean-François Houdré's signature gingerbread castle is a rotating wonderland at the Westin St. Francis in Union Square. The 12-foot storybook fortress is complete with industrious elves, colored ornaments, and elaborate gifts.
