Last week, local chefs and industry insiders celebrated the StarChefs2013 Rising Star Award winners with an exclusive dinner at Fifth Floor. We were curious to see the culinary trend-setters out of the kitchen and in their streetwear. It's no surprise that the men and women behind San Francisco's hippest restaurants have a great sense for fashion, too.
