2. This just in
The winemakers at Paso Robles’ Justin Vineyards have taken their show on the road with a series of wine dinners to be held at restaurants nationwide. The San Francisco dinner will be at local fave Baraka on May 29. The five-course meal will feature pepper-crusted ahi tuna and beef bavette, and each course will paired with a Justin Vineyards wine. 5. 15 days means 30 meals
Ready, steady, eat! San Francisco's seventh annual Dine About Town event starts on June 1 and runs through June 15. On Tuesday, June 3, at CUESA’s teaching kitchen at the Ferry Building, Tia Harrison of Avedano's and Sociale will offer three 20-minute seasonal cooking demonstrations every half-hour on the half-hour from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. There's no cost, and audience members receive samples, recipes and a shopping list.
