San Francisco's culinary superstars gathered at the historic Anchor Brewery to celebrate our readers' choices for the best restaurants in town, who picked up their special awards called "The Piggies!"
Guests enjoyed fantastically creative cocktails from Anchor Distilling and easy access to the famed brewery taproom for the casual affair, while Gundlach Bundschu Winery provided delicious tastings of their 2010 Pinot Noir and 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon. Small Potatoes Catering & Events offered delicious passed bites and bountiful grazing buffets, which also featured a variety of cheeses from Cypress Grove Chèvre. Complimentary bottles of Smartwater were on hand as guests headed into the full moonlit evening.
Ticket sales benefited nonprofit Site & Sound, organizers of the inaugural Niteys Awards honoring the best in SF nightlife.
Many thanks to event partners Blueprint Studios, Church Street Flowers, and DJ Dylan Mahoney.
