"Eye Level on Iraq"
Over the course of two years, American-trained photojournalists Kael Alford and Thorne Anderson documented the impact and aftermath of the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq. The 60 photographs in this exhibit attempt to illustrate the daily realities for Iraqi citizens and what the effects of politics and war have on ordinary people. Alford and Thorne placed themselves in risky positions to capture these images, and these photos shed light on both a shifting culture 10 years ago and today.
