Opera lovers, this is your chance to see the acclaimed Metropolitan Opera close to home. CinéArts in Sausalito is showing the Opera Francesca da Rimini in a live broadcast. Paddle your way into St. Patty's day with 101 Surf Sports race. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and the like are welcome to participate. The event is a great reason to get out on the water and start the day building up those triceps. The event starts Sunday the 17th at 9 am, and includes light breakfast, lunch, and even live music! If you think that it's all about the birds, take a hike (literally). The Birds of Bolinas hike with David Wimpfheimer is a great way to see the huge array of birds that make their home in Marin, or are on their way up north post winter.
