Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival
What: San Franciscans will flock to Golden Gate Park this weekend for three-days of free live music in the park. More than 100 different artists are performing on seven stages during this three-day festival. While admission is free, there will also be some delicious, local vendors offering tasty food and libations all day, so don't forget your wallet. See the full lineup here.

HIKE
Heart of Knowland Park Nature Walk
What: Set aside some time in your schedule to take part in this guided walk through Oakland's picturesque Knowland Park. No need to be a serious hiker for this easy trek, this trail will take you over a few gentle hills and some flatland and you'll learn a lot along the way.
When: Sunday, October 4th, 2-4pm.

CREATE & DEVOUR
What: Quirky Inner Richmond art gallery, Frankenart Mart, is hosting their monthly "free hot dog day." Visitors can come by, grab a bun and frank, and start building their ideal dog. A variety of toppings will be offered—including cat hair, but we won't judge if you decide not to go for that.
When: Sunday, October 4th, 1-6pm.

All Eyes on Oakland at 100 Foot Tall Film Night
What: Non-profit organization The Great Wall of Oakland continues their 100- Foot-Tall Film Night series with a 100x100-foot projection on a concrete wall in downtown Oakland during First Fridays. This month, the exhibition is titled All Eyes on Oakland, an art-meets-journalism initiative that seeks to inform and engage residents about the different types of surveillance technology used by local police.
When: Friday, October 2nd; 5-8pm.

Chipotle Presents: Taste Invaders
What: Prepare for the most delicious gaming experience of your life. Help fight against Chipotle's arch nemeses, artificial additives, by using your computer keys to fire and destroy invaders in this modern version of the classic Space Invaders video game. This galactic battle will please both burrito lovers and gaming geeks. Game on.
