The fifth annual Art Market San Francisco—our city’s riff on Art Basel Miami Beach—will open at the the Fort Mason Center in April.
With more than 70 national galleries putting their artists’ finery on display, the local contingent includes Catharine Clark Gallery’s Deborah Oropallo, whose thought-provoking mixed-media work is mesmerizing and sometimes explosive, and Timothy Cummings, whose fantastical figures are inspired by Renaissance paintings.
Be sure to visit The Battery’s VIP lounge, where the social club’s director of art, Thomas Moller, will more than likely post up before he leads his private-collector tours around the maze.
