Seems that the Britney camp can't handle a little rain. Her frenzy-inducing free Sunday performance in front of the Castro Theatre has been moved inside to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium...and is (sad clown) now going to be ticketed. It's Sunday at noon, and it's all still a promo for her new album “Femme Fatale" -- her performance will be taped to air on Good Morning America on Tuesday, March 29.  Grab tickets tomorrow at 9 am.
