Still in its nascent stages—Paresse's Indigo campaign still seeks funding, should the mood strike—the cafe will be more than just a place to swing easy while sipping espresso. They also plan to be a free pick-up location for organic food directly from the farmer, feature "fish tanks with rescued fishes," offer dishes made with veggies grown by local farmers, and boast art, live bands, and more. Much more. 

Themed cafes are a welcome break from the purist coffeehouses saturating San Francisco over the last few years. As you may recall, a cat cafe, called KitTea, will open its door in San Francisco. Part gourmet tea house and part cat and human oasis, KitTea plans on opening later this year in Hayes Valley.
