I won't lie; retro tile gets me every single time. I can't pass up a good turquoise or checkered motif, even if the condition isn't tip-top or the color combination is less than ideal (pink, anyone?). But you can't live on – or, rather, around – charming tile alone; sleeping in the bathroom simply won't do.
To that end, this week's Craigslist Deal offers plenty of other enticing features besides its pretty loo. For one, there's a bank of bay windows; for two, both dogs and cats are kindly accepted; and for three, it's located right at Market and Hermann, close to... well, pretty much everything, but most importantly the Mission for fun, the Muni for downtown, and the freeway for commuting. And did I mention the tile?
