Beer-Inspired Cocktails from Belga
It's still Beer Week in the Bay Area, and Belga is serving five beer-inspired cocktails to make sure you don't forget. Crafted by Nora Furst, in collaboration with Belga's certified Cicerone, Ryan Murphy, these cocktails are fun, flavorful, and full-strength. I Only Have Pine for You is made in the style of a Pacific Northwest IPA, while Duck, Duck, Gose mimics the style of Geuze. Beware: the Jagged Little Pils is much more addictive than the Belgian Pilsner it imitates. // 2000 Union St (Cow Hollow); belgasf.com
