Guests will six back, relax and be captivated by the compelling stories and humor of six world-renowned best-selling authors including Emma Donogue, Chef Hubert Keller and Tom Lichtenheld. After their readings, attendees will have the opportunity to meet each author and eat in their presence. But, there's one catch: you won't find out about the location of the restaurant until 24 hours before, adding to the mystery of the event! The 2nd Annual Martini Competition back in Herb Caen's old stomping grounds: San Francisco. Four of North Beach's best and most up-in-coming bartenders will compete to make an original martini with 3 Olives Vodka. The best part, you're the judge! The dinner will showcase the celebrated Napa Valley Winery Domaine Carneros and feature their CEO/Founding winemaker, Eileen Crane. Each of chef Scott Quinn's courses will be paired with award-winning sparkling wine to make your mouth tingle.
