Bardessono’s rooftop Dive Bar parties are always hip, but throw in fireworks and you've got the hottest 4th of July party in the Wine Country. Expect a classy and sassy but casual atmosphere, private cabanas, and beautiful, well-dressed people sipping fantastic drinks. Dive Bar begins at 6:00 p.m. and ends shortly after the firework display. $25 cover charge with proceeds benefiting The Pathway Home.
The St. Helena fireworks turn into a safe, fun and local-packed block party on Highway 29. Most gather on the lawn of the Harvest Inn, but you can't beat watching from the winery grounds at Louis M. Martini, which costs $150/person and includes wine and food pairings, live entertainment, and family activities – all culminating in an extravagant, music-choreographed fireworks show (tune in to 88.1FM).
The Napa County Fair and Fourth of July Parade in Calistoga boasts floats, decorated cars, and live bands. After the parade, make your way over to the fairgrounds for a day full of games and fireworks. 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. County Fair: 1435 North Oak Street, Calistoga.

SONOMA
Head to central Healdsburg for all day block parties that lead up to the much anticipated and highly-acclaimed High School Fireworks. Or, for a different kind of all-day party, Memorial Beach is said to “go off.”
Sonoma Valley’s annual 4th of July celebration kicks off at 10 a.m. with a parade, followed by live music, games, and delicious eats at the city's historic plaza. All of the hotels and restaurants in the area will be having parties and specials all day long, so it's worth arriving early. At dusk, follow the crowd to the field near General Vallejo’s Home or go toESTATErestaurant for some of the best views of the fireworks plus live music, killer eats, and signature cocktails ($75/person).
