The Indepedent email-blasted this afternoon to spread word of an impromptu Green Day concert. Mayhem! Naturally, work productivity stalled citywide, the concert sold out in minutes and Craigslist quickly became awash with postings from people offering obscene amounts of money for tickets (recession? we think not).
