Besides flavorful meat, the great thing about Memphis Minnie's is everything comes with multiple sauces: Texas red sauce, yellow mustard sauce, North Carolina white vineager sauce, and red hot.

SOMA: Cathead's BBQ has ordered up on extra meat, expecting large quantities of ribs and brisket to sell today. Cathead's offers a plethora of sauces, in addition to namesake Cathead's bisquits, and extra points for vegetarian options like Maker's Mark mushrooms for $12 a pound.

MARINA: Chestnut Street's new Cedar Hill has gotten early raves for its smoked chicken. It's sweeping bbq menu covers everything from Texas beef brisket to Kansas City spare ribs.
