Annual Crab Feed at the Guardsmen Tree Lot
WHAT: Swap the winter blues with some holiday cheer at the Annual Crab Feed at the Guardsmen Tree Lot! The night will start with cocktails, and feature a fresh crab pasta dinner, before finishing off with dancing and music by DJ AJAX—all amidst beautiful Christmas trees. The dinner checks a good deed off your list too—the Guardsmen provides outdoor recreational activities for disadvantaged kids in the Bay Area.

Alite Outpost x Western Editions Holiday Market
WHAT: Letterpress printshop Western Editions is partnering with Alite Outpost to host a two-day holiday market featuring works from seven local vendors and artisans. The pop-up kicks off with an opening party on Friday, with drinks from by Lo-fi Aperitifs and arepas from Yo Tambien. The vendors have also joined together to prepare a raffle with proceeds benefitting the fire relief fund for the Oakland Ghostship victims.

Holiday Pop-up at Gather
WHAT: Looking for artsy gifts for your loved ones? Gather, a local boutique with a curated selection of hand-crafted goodies, is holding a holiday pop-up this Saturday. The pop-up will feature three special collections: Jenny Irene's baby and toddler clothing made from vintage fabric, jewelry and art by fiber artists Roxanne Roxanne Designs, and bright flowers and silk flower crowns by Mezzanine Floral.

Parol Lantern Festival and Parade at Yerba Buena Gardens
WHAT: Join the Bay Area Filipino community this Saturday for a beautiful display of handmade parols—star-shaped lanterns that have become an iconic symbol in Filipino Christmas celebrations. The festivities include cultural performances, community activities, and a lively parade winding around the Yerba Buena Gardens to Jessie Square.

SantaCon 2016 Pub Crawl in Union Square
WHAT: Don your Santa suit and join hundreds of bar-hopping St. Nicks for one of the largest holiday events in the city! Santas of all shapes, sizes, and levels of soberness come together for this holiday pub crawl, which starts in Union Square and ends with an after-party hosted by the SoMA StrEAT Food Park and Red Bull. And remember, you wouldn't be Santa without the gift of giving—admission includes a new, unwrapped toy for the San Francisco Fire Department Toy Drive.
