By

Welcome the Year of the Serpent with the San Francisco Symphony!

The annual Lunar New Year event, now in its 25th year, begins with preconcert lobby festivities and entertainment.

The concert, conducted by Francesco Lecce-Chong and featuring cellist Amos Yang and pipa player Wu Man, draws upon a wide range of Asian traditions to commemorate the holiday. Enhance your experience with an elevated package that includes preconcert receptions and the celebratory banquet following the concert.

// Davies Symphony Hall, 201 Van Ness Ave. (Civic Center); tickets are available at sfsymphony.org.
