French retailer Sezane opens a pop-up in Pac Heights + more style news

SF shoppers are queuing up on Fillmore to get their hands on (and bodies in) the beguiling feminine prints and elegant, wearable knits for which the brand is known.

Plus, there's a new made-for-guys super serum from Jaxon Lane, and Warby Parker x Chloë Sevigny drop a cool eyewear collection.

Bonjour, Sezane! The much-loved clothing brand adds a French twist to Fillmore Street.

Emily may be in Paris but Sezane is in San Francisco. The French clothing brand (recently B-Corp certified) opened the doors to its Pac Heights boutique less than two weeks ago—and the fashionable set have been queuing up every day since. Not surprising, since the retailer's effortless pieces exude a certain je ne sais quoi while also being super wearable and made for layering—i.e. the sweet spot of SF's style aesthetic.

The 1,780-square-foot store, designed to feel like a Parisian apartment, is warm, welcoming and, oui, tres chic. Upon entering, shoppers are greeted with a colorful floor-to-ceiling sweater wall, where Sezane's signature soft knits demand to be touched, tried on, and taken home. (We're currently smitten with the Basile Cardigan.) Elsewhere, beautiful print dresses and skirts, clean denim and tees, and timeless jewelry and handbags from the new fall collection flutter around and fill the elegant space.

And, messieurs, there will be something for you coming soon when Sezane's brother brand, October Editions, makes a guest appearance with a curated selection of menswear. Plus, fresh collabs with local SF artisans and businesses will be rotating in and out for the pop-up's run through the end of January. Magnifique!

Guys, you can stop stealing your girlfriends' skincare...because Jaxon Lane.

Not that we have anything against sharing our lotions and potions, of course. But why not slather on stuff made especially for your skin? Enter SF-based Jaxon Lane, a men's grooming brand whose products counteract acne, aging, and uneven skintone. Cutting-edge Korean technology mixed with vegan, and fragrance- and cruelty-free ingredients, make for a winning combination.

The Bro Mask has been a fave of dermatologists and celebs (hey, Nick Jonas) since it launched as the company's debut product four years ago. Right now though, we're really excited about the brand-new Super Serum ($46), which supercharges the skin. A blend of antioxidants, adaptogens, and botanicals brightens and strengthens the skin's surface, smooths fine lines, and restores visible skin damage…in just a few drops. It's only a matter of time until your lady friends start asking to borrow the stuff on your side of the sink.

Want to channel your inner Chloë Sevigny? Warby Parker totally sees you.

Fact: Chloë Sevigny is the coolest of cool girls. We mere mortals may not be able to pull off some of her most avant-garde styles, but her new eyewear collection with Warby Parker? Anyone can rock it. The superstar frame, called Tate (even the name is cool), was part of a previous Chloë x WP collab. And whaddaya know, the vibe-y midcentury frames completely sold out at the time. Now,after years of customer requests, Tate returns in both the original nutmeg crystal and polished gold colorway, and as a brand-new crystal with polished silver version (love!). They're both available for men and women with optical or sun lenses. Prices start at $145.
