It returns to San Francisco's Victoria Theater again this year, Tuesday, July 14 through Saturday, July 18. Check out the full schedule here. Festival passes are available for $30 and provide access to all screenings, or you can choose to buy individual programs.
The two programs on Saturday evening have historically been overwhelmingly packed with bike enthusiasts of all persuasion from all parts of the city, but some of the most interesting films are the ones caught by accident during a quiet afternoon programs. Events around the film festival include the Saturday street party from noon - 6p on Capp between 16th and 17th; the Thursday group Joyrides and after party at the Cellar; the festival after party at Sports Basement on Saturday night; and the Bikes Rock shows with Blonde Redhead at the Independent Tuesday, July 14 and Wednesday, July 15.
