Buckminster Fuller and Parra
Though Buckminster Fuller never lived in the Bay Area, his influence can be seen in Bay Area design and architecture today. See the progressive engineer, inventor, and dreamer's drawings and models alongside products from the likes of The North Face that were, no doubt, inspired by his work. Then, hit up Dutch graphic artist Parra's quirky characters, bold color palettes, and free-form typography.
