We agree with Sfist.  Someone needs to buy Albion Castle in Hunters Point and turn it into a sweet party spot. Stat. The historic home (and the former Albion Porter Ale Brewery) is now on the market for mere $2,950,000 (Curbed, via SocketSite). It used to house Laughing Squid's tech support center and was the site of what was apparently a rocking launch party for the blog back in 2005 (check out these photos!)  And it has caverns (caverns!) that lead to natural springs that produce 10,000 gallons of spring water per day. Sure, it's in Hunters Point, but there's cool stuff to do there.  (Check out our Bayview section of the Big To Do).
